Climate change. Everybody’s talking about it. And there’s no doubt that we all can and should do something to create change. At Society of Lifestyle, we support Grow for It– a Danish non-profit organisation with a mission to clean up the earth’s atmosphere by planting trees. Many trees. 33 football fields. That’s how many trees we’ve planted in Nepal in collaboration with Grow for It.

Did you know that the UN’s Panel on Climate Change has pointed at global tree planting as an effective way to fight climate change?

As trees grow, they work like natural “carbon dioxide vacuum cleaners”. They absorb and store carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. And they produce oxygen we all need to breathe. By planting a forest under the right conditions, you contribute to cleaning the atmosphere. You get an efficient “carbon dioxide cleaner” that is working for the climate in a positive way. Not just for a few years, but for the next 70-100 years.
