Self tan drops

Meraki

Get a summer glow without subjecting your skin to the sun. These perfume-free self-tanning drops from Meraki are formulated with organic aloe vera which moisturises your skin and prevents it from drying out. Known for their nourishing, calming and moisturising effects, organic oat extract and organic cucumber extract have been added. The active ingredient which creates the glow is DHA, a natural sugar.

How to use it

The drops can be used in your face and on your body. Before applying them, use a scrub or exfoliating glove to remove dead skin cells, giving you an even colour. For knees, elbows and heels, add some lotion before using the drops to moisturise the skin and make sure it absorbs the drops better in those areas.

Mix a few drops into your face cream or body lotion and apply evenly onto your skin. Use the same amount of lotion like you normally do. Wash your hands thoroughly after use and let the product dry completely before getting dressed.

The drops can be used over a couple of days where you gradually build up the glow by adding more and more drops. The colour will last for 5 to 10 days.

The DHA reacts with the outer layer of the skin and darkens it. As the dead skin cells are shed, the glow will wear off.
