Hot dogs with fried fish

Serves: 2
Time: 45 min (do not forget to let the bread dough rise overnight before you begin)

Ingredients:
400 g cod loins 
1 egg
1 dl panko breadcrumbs 
4 tbsp flour
4 dl neutral oil
2 tbsp onion confit
4 caper berries
Cress
2 tsp pickled red onions 
3 tbsp mayo - garlic
3 tbsp pickles
1 bag of bread mix - Crusty Morning
200 g butter
Black sesame seeds
1 handful of mixed leaf salad 

How to:
Cut the butter into lumps and add the dough. Prepare the dough as stated on the package. Form hot dog buns from the dough, place them close to each other on the baking tray and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. 

Cut the cod loins into sticks and season with salt and pepper. Whip the egg and dip the cod in flour, egg and lastly panko breadcrumbs. Heat the oil to 180°C and fry the fish for about 3 minutes until the sticks are golden. 

Now build your hot dog. Salad at the bottom, followed by onion confit, fish, pickles, cress, pickled red onions, and caper berries.
